Anything from this developer is good, this is no exception, the site is awesome, a huge plot which empties out directly on a truly beautiful beach from which the views back toward Joao Pessoa are wonderful.
These are largish apartments there are 270 units in all set around a massive water them garden with stacks of room to relax and chill out. All communal areas will come fitted out and ready to use, a useful consideration. The leisure facilities include games rooms, party rooms, water lounges, gym, spa gardens and sports courts.
The area is Camboinha which is the in place for wealthy Paraiban’s to spend their holidays, its most famous feature the wonderful Area Vermelha, red sand island that becomes a fish food court at low tide, when several boat restaurants head to the site and set up tables on the sand.
Getting back to the property, the design makes the most of the area, its not too dense and there are large green areas to enjoy.
The apartments are large and suitable for short and long term living, most will be used by locals as a weekend / holiday home.
